Post Malone to perform at ACM Awards in Frisco

Malone joins previously announced performers including Miranda Lambert.

Here's what to know about Post Malone, a D-FW native with 10 Grammy nominations and songs with Taylor Swift and Beyoncé.

Post Malone will take the stage at the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards in Frisco, marking the latest high-profile appearance in his country era.

The Grapevine-raised star is among a number of new performers the Academy of Country Music announced Tuesday for the awards, set to take place May 16 at the Ford Center at the Star. Also on the list is fellow Texan Parker McCollum, who won male artist of the year in 2022, as well as a string of duet partners including Kelsea Ballerini and Noah Kahan, Nate Smith and Avril Lavigne, and Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani.

They join a previously announced roster of performers spanning from Texas-born Miranda Lambert to Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton and Lainey Wilson.
